KeizerFEST August 2024
Back Side of Keizer School circa 1920
Join the Keizer Heritage Foundation on June 20, 2026, for a guided tour of the historic schoolhouse. Visitors will discover the story of how this treasured landmark was saved, learn about its role in the community today, and explore the organizations that call it home. Tours are free, and suggested donations are appreciated to support the continued preservation of this important piece of Keizer history.
The Keizer Cultural Center wasn’t always meant to be what it is today.
It began as a schoolhouse serving generations of students—and at one point, its future was uncertain. Along the way, it was moved… more than once… before finally finding its place in the heart of the community.
Today, that same building is home to four organizations, each contributing to a shared mission of preserving history, fostering creativity, and bringing people together.
Soon, you’ll have a chance to experience that story firsthand through guided tours, with a suggested $10 donation helping support ongoing preservation and programming.
A city is not made up entirely of numbers, forms, and regulations, there has to be room for color, emotion, and spirit. Let us settle this place in our heart and with your support continue with the job of doing something good for Keizer.
